Are you looking to lead and deliver within a new Business Improvement function?

The SRA are looking for two Product Owners who will lead and optimise the use of the various IT solutions to deliver continuous improvement to the stakeholders you’ll support.

The role
You will work on a wide range of business-critical projects and promote the best use of existing products and maximise the value of the product to the Business. Working with your customers you will explore, understand, and prioritise their needs. You will identify items for development based on value for money, business benefits and value to customers.

Working with both agile methodology as well as other approaches, you will be adept at designing and delivering products that add value to the SRA’s external customers and internal stakeholders. Working closely with the various key business service owners you will ensure the Product roadmap is aligned with their strategies and develop a sound product vision that can be easily translated for its intended audience.

  • Pension – We will contribute 1½ – 2 times your contribution, up to 12.25%. So if you contribute 7%, you will enjoy the maximum combined contribution of 19.25%
  • Hybrid working consisting of home working and an office presence of one or two days a week in our newly refurbished offices in The Cube in Birmingham.

What we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience of designing and delivering value add products maximising the benefits gained from IT solutions
  • An excellent understanding of end-to-end Solution Delivery Life Cycle
  • Someone who can bring together SMEs, customers, senior stakeholders across both technical and non-technical audiences to deliver a shared goal
  • An influencer to support the business in delivering the CRM changes required to support the organisation’s strategy
  • Experience of working with and understanding the possibilities offered by MS Dynamics CRM and SharePoint Online
  • Experience in project or a business-as-usual environment.
