As we scale our services and our team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team.

The Role

As part of our growing Talent Acquisition team, you will be the first point of contact for the end-to-end recruitment process within Oviva’s commercial & clinical functions helping us to identify the next generation of talent. You will work closely with line managers and will be responsible for identifying talent needs, designing, and implementing attraction strategies, and providing advice and guidance on job specifications whilst ensuring we are attracting the best talent. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop, plan, and roll out candidate attraction campaigns through a multi-channel approach. In addition, you will have an opportunity to implement and support Global Talent Acquisition programs across the group to help us shape our function and support our ambitious growth plans.

 

 

Main Responsibilities

  • You will own and manage the full recruitment life cycle focusing on roles within commercial & clinical functions across our markets
  • You’ll partner, influence, and advise hiring managers on the process and determine recruitment needs, setting clear expectations on timescales and recruitment approaches
  • You will be focussing on direct sourcing methods including executive search to ensure we are reaching the best talent to support our ambitious growth plans in line with our company vision and Talent strategy
  • You’ll be managing relationships with candidates, shortlisting and arranging interviews whilst ensuring diversity and inclusion are continuously embedded throughout our recruitment process while delivering the best-in-class candidate experience
  • You’ll have ownership of exciting new recruitment projects
  • You’ll maintain an excellent understanding of up-to-date recruitment practices in order to implement effective sourcing strategies
  • You’ll understand market trends and challenges to devise recruitment initiatives that are effective, using innovative ways to identify and attract ‘difficult to fill vacancies
  • You’ll anticipate future recruitment needs by proactively developing talent pools
  • You’ll support and mentor junior team members

  • You’ll have a natural ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with your internal stakeholders while being able to influence and manage various recruitment needs.
  • End to end recruitment project management experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Work independently on own initiative and as part of a wider team
  • Excellent attention to detail
